Project restoration is no longer free unless the issue is on our end. If a project is deleted due to non-payment, the customer is responsible, and a restoration fee will apply.

However, if we accidentally delete a project, we will restore it at no charge. 

Procedure:

When a client needs to pay for project restoration, create an invoice in the invoice channel on Slack. Once the invoice is generated, you can proceed with restoring the project.

Fee:

1000 euros
