Services from Blackops

This part here will just list the different things from Blackops, which is offered sometimes, and what they entail. 

You should see it as a means to understand what each thing does, so we don’t set wrong expectations. 

It should be noted that it is up to Blackops whether this can be done and makes sense to do, so please do not mention this to the customer prior to them offering it/discussing it with Blackops. 

CPU Monitoring

Proactive CPU Monitoring

This can be set up for a project to monitor it for a period of time - time frame should be set up with the customer.

If the project crashes in the period of time where the monitoring has been set up, this will cause Azure to make a memory dump of the app, which can then be sent to the customer. 

It is not our job or responsibility to analyze the data - this should be the customer who does this (i.e one of the other points which they should be aware of, before agreeing to this).
